Experience the thrill of Horse riding - either as an Individual or part of a Group. We have access to miles of Forest trails in the State Forest and the National Park to explore.
The tradition of trail rides is being continued here as it has since the start of Forest Lodge. Surrounded by State Forests and National Parks, the property lends itself to many happy hours spent on the trails, taking in the bush greenery, the flora and fauna.
The Grandis (New South Wales' tallest tree)
is only six kilometres down the road, you can imagine that the forests have some magnificent tall trees of Eucalypt varieties and many Rain Forest palms , shrubs and trees. You may see wallabies, goannas, wombats, dingoes, kookaburras, black cockatoos, and many other native birds on the trails.We can give some instruction to beginners and supply experienced horse riders to lead.
